the bathtub is too old, and the it is hard to clean the cooking bench

Nice place to live, central location, friendly staff
I've been a resident at Center Ithaca for two years; the staff are extremely helpful and friendly and quick to resolve any issues that might surface. The location is great -- it is sometimes noisy due to the construction around the area, but that's out of the landlord's control. Would recommend!
